Add new Xbb chains and modify the existing ones to have phase1 L1 seed along with preselection

This MR adds new X to bb test trigger chains with lower thresholds. In addition, it modifies the existing X to bb test chains so that they have a preselection applied and the L1 seed is modified with phase1 L1 seeds. The minimal trigger ART tests were performed using runTrigART.py -m -j 4. CC: @lshi , @lbeemste
