FTagAnalysisAlgorithms: assigning correct generator name for Sherpa 2.2.14 samples

Currently Sherpa 2.2.14 samples are interpreted as Sherpa 2.2.1 in the FTag config block. This MR fixes that. Sherpa 2.2.14 is still not supported for MCMC SFs, so we don't change anything else for the moment.
