Updates for TauCP PHYSVAL monitoring

List of changes:

  • adding histograms for RNNEleScore and RNNEleScoreSigTrans variables
  • remove Track Flight path significance histogram for 1 prong tau -> valid only for 3 prong
  • fix retrieval of IP significance for leading track for 1 and 3 prong tau
