Allow calculation of trkWidth2 variable also for 1 prong tau

This MR is allowing the calculation of the "trkWidth2" variable for 1 prong tau, since current implementation would allow this variable to be calculated only for >= 2 prong tau. This variable can be potentially used for Tau identification
