Fixing DQ egamma CP configuration for trigger aware mechanism

This merge request it to fix, the egamma CP DQ mechanism to show plots for photons triggered by the lowest pt unprescaled double photon trigger, receiving the trigger list from TrigEgammaMonitoring framework. A webdisplay was generated to check the plots and if the mechanism is working well. Example for plots bellow.
