MuonMDT_CnvTools: Change ordering so hit is added to container before touching

I think we need to add xAOD objects to container before setting values

Also changed the names since the MDT part is redundant, and this improves symmetry between convertor configuration.

(The xAOD PRD production is off by default, and not running in production)
