CPAlgorithms: run FTag after JVT and OverlapRemoval are applied

Schedule the FTag sub-block to run after JVT and OR, so we get the correct per-event SFs.

This could be an alternative to !69639 (merged) @tstreble ? Or we could adopt the same setup in the new block proposed in that linked MR.
