gFEX Updates

Cecilia Tosciri requested to merge ctosciri/athena:gFEX_March24 into 24.0

This MR includes the following updates:

  1. Add a sign extension for the Global quantities readout in the TOB ByteSream decoder
  2. Add a sign extension for the input fiber readout in the input ByteSream decoder
  3. Propagate the saturation information from the input fibers (in ByteSream decoder) into the jet finder algorithm
  4. Applies a calibration on the gTowers that affects the allowed values of energy.

The mentioned changes significantly improve the gfex Athena-based comparison of data vs simulation, although a few mismatches are still observed.
