AFT-721: Fix FTAG derivations and AntiKt4UFOCSSKJets

Fixing derivation bugs in FTAG formats introduced in !69459 (merged).

This should also fix the ghost labels for the AntiKt4UFOCSSKJets by adding these to the JetRecConfig
