InDetTrackPerfMon package: Adding extra output stream + bug fixes

  • Added functionality to write out, other than the histogram file, a dedicated "slimmed" AOD file for reprocessing studies. The dedicated output stream name is AOD_IDTPM (working name). The definitive content of the AOD_IDTPM file is yet to be determined and will be addressed in later MRs.
  • Bug fixes in the configuration of the IDTPM package
