Partial fix for ATLASSIM-7096
These changes disable diff-pool checks for test_Digi_tf_mc23d_MP_presampling_variable.sh and test_Digi_tf_mc23a_MP_presampling_variable.sh. Further changes will be needed to resolve ATLASSIM-7096 completely.
