AthenaCommon: remove legacy support from CFElements
Remove the support of legacy sequences in CFElements and delete the now
unused methods hasProp, getProp and compName. Could potentially lead to a small improvement in the trigger menu generation due to less function calls.
Also add parAND sequencer and make use of it in the IDTIDE derivation.
