Move ACTS track particle creation downstream
As the title says. I've also set the storeSeparateContainer to True for the workflows that produce Acts tracks as end product
In follow up MRs we need to focus on track merging and following track particle creation. In this MR I've already allowed the code to separate the Trk And Acts track collection names that will then be used for the merging
