MuonTrackingGeometry - Another tiny memory leak fix

  • Fix of the leak that associated MaterialLayers to surfaces are never deleted
  • Introduce path in the ITrackingVolumeHelper to accept the shared_ptrs of TrackingVOlumes instead of their references
  • Move getTranslate into GeoPrimitives
