Switch to ACTS backend during track finding

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:use-acts-container-impl-in-during-track-finding into main

This MR switches track finding to ACTS container. Only the compute intensive part is changed, the athena algorithm still outputs xAOD containers. This is possible thanks to the possibility to copyFrom between two implementations of EDM backends added long time (months) ago by @pagessin.
