Explicitly specify Bjet Rois for the Tier0 monitoring

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:bjmon into 24.0

It appears as if the wrong Roi is being used for the Bjet FTF analyses, this should hopefully ensure the correct Roi is being used, and we can work out what is going wrong otherwise with less urgency.
