Support specially etcut chains in navigation conversion
This MR adds special hooks in the Run2 navigation conversion to handle etut chains in expected way (that is non-standard way). In addition, the tester code is running the problematic, simplified checks only for specific chains and thus fixes errors mentioned here: ATR-29111
