Simplifying HitNtuple for Hough transform

Updated the outdated HitNtuple class in MuonHoughPatternTools into MuonHitNtuple, and removed all its dependencies.

Similar to HitNtuple, MuonHitNtuple records muon hit and truth information, and come with its own CA.
