[ATR-28358] Add jets to R2->R3 conversion list

Adds xAOD::Jet as a feature-type considered by the R2->R3 navigation converter.

This is to keep alignment with R3, where we do now store jet four vectors in DAOD format.

Only currently impacts tests which have the navigation conversion explicitly turned on.
