InDetAlignmentMonitoringRun3 avoid dealing with no Inner Detector hits

IDAlignMonResidualsAlg.cxx: bug fix. Discard hits with detType == 0 (as they are no Inner Detector hits). Code was crashing when hits from other detector parts (e.g. Muon Spectrometer) were found
