eFEX tau BDT hadronic fraction fix

David Reikher requested to merge taul1ml/athena:efex-tau-bdt-fix-had-frac into 24.0

Fix RHad - was taken from heuristic tau algo before. Now taken from BDT algo. This caused the 5% mismatches observed in run 473095.
