Disable further default arguments in HepMcParticleLink constructors

This merge request adjusts the HepMcParticleLink constructor syntax to highlight a few more places where slightly suspect logic is used in HepMcParticleLink constructor calls. These changes should not alter the currently used constructor arguments (and hence potentially the output). This will be done in !70580.
