Updating PIXELVALID DAOD format for usage in ID lumi group
As discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-7874, we'd like to use the PIXELVALID also for track (and pixelcluster) counting within the ID lumi group and replace by this the DAOD_IDPIXLUMI format that was used in the past and which was not migrated from legacy configuration.
It should be discussed if some changes I put in here should better only be enabled by setting of flags that are then used for the ID lumi group. We'll probably also want to slim down the output quite a bit.
