Draft: Added TruthCharm containers to PHYSLITE

Abhishek Sharma requested to merge abhishek/athena:truth-charm-physlite into main

Added TruthCharm containers to the common truth config, and then to the TRUTH1 and TRUTH3 implementations. This required streamlining some parts of DerivationFrameworkMCTruth and then adding the output container to PHYSLITE. PHYS already had TruthCharm and is unaffected by this change.
