Update track truth origin tool

Nils Benedikt Krengel requested to merge nkrengel/athena:update-track-truth-origin-tool into 24.0

This MR makes the following changes:

  • Revamped the categorization of secondary origins in InDetTrackTruthOriginTool to make it more flexible and robust
  • Added the categories "StrangeMesonDecay" and "StrangeBaryonDecay" for more coverage (instead of only Kshort and Lambda)
  • Adapted the FTAG source label for tracks to be based on the new categories rather than on Lambda and Kshort
