Fix of Rpc digitization

Johannes Junggeburth requested to merge jojungge/athena:ATLPHYSVAL-1018 into main

Rpc sim hit -> digit conversion broke in !68497 (merged), because for one reason or another one of the two gas gaps is rotated.

  • Fix generation of digits to be at the proper place
  • Fix SDO global positions
  • Fix MuonTesterTree digitization & SDO modules
  • Clean-up unused code & declare methods to be const
