Fix TestBeam Simulation (ATLASSIM-7183)

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLASSIM-7184_main into main

Drop second instance of xAODMaker::EventInfoCnvAlg called EventInfoCnvAlg from TestBeam simulation jobs. The extra instance will now be dropped from all simulation jobs running on-the-fly event generation.
