disable block-sequence comparison tests (ATLASG-2692)
These tests were creating problems in CI of a regular basis, and had become problematic. Since we already excluded some variables from comparisons, and the plan is to remove the sequences completely I just disabled the comparisons.
For now I just commented out the tests, and we can then remove them completely when we remove the sequences.
