Add SC postprocessing

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:add_SCpostprocessing into 24.0

This brings the additions and fixes for LAr calibration data postprocessing, mainly for DigitalTrigger. Not used in any standard workflow, only in special calibration processing jobs.
