Sort branches in OutputAnalysisConfig

Thomas Strebler requested to merge tstreble/athena:Sort_OutputAnalysisConfig into main

Follow up to !69702 (merged), ensuring fixed ordering of the output branches in OutputAnalysisConfig based on alphabetical order.

Branches not affected by systematics are then listed first before those affected by systematics, following @tadej's suggestion.
