adding VMM ART selection for MMG trigger

MR following [!69849 (merged)] as input variables are changed for the MMG trigger.

  • Adding here the VMM ART selection: only the first hit in time for each VMM is used in the trigger coincidence logic.

  • VMM and MMFE8 indices are re-assigned following the detector geometry, based on the channel and layer number.

  • Small fix in phi conversion for private debug ntuple variable.
