Add ACTS to the Trigger

Add an initial integration of ACTS to the trigger. This can be used as a substitute for TrigFastTrackFinder. Enabled by setting the Trigger.useActsTracking flag. Added additional monitoring plots for ACTS.

Also modified the AFP EDM to remove a conflict on nHoles, which was defined as int, but other Aux Variables defined it as unsigned int
