Clean-up of ForwardTransport code

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ForwardTransportIncident_main into main

There was a lot of obsolete/unused code in these packages, which has now been removed.

In principle the ForwardTransportSvc could probably be dropped entirely by moving the functionality to other classes, but leaving this for a follow-up merge request.
