Fix supercellmon, revert to adc-ped for iphi baseline corr plot

Fix SuperCellMonAlg python, which was broken in a recent merge. Also add SC phi monitoring there, and SC eta,phi plotting for coverage.

Revert iphi baseline correction monitoring plot to use adcs from all samples.
