Implement both DNN ID and ID+CF and add to PHYSLITE

Adding new ID-only DNN selection, see ATLASG-2652 and updating derivation contents. Adds dnn selection flags to physlite. Tagging urgent as it should be included in the next phys production ATLASDPD-2084 .

Temporary solution in the DNN tool to switch between the two sets of variables (since it no longer corresponds to CF rejection) - long term solution will be to determine variables completely from the config so it does not have to be hardcoded.

Replaces !71409 (closed) as it reverses some of the changes.
