This adds a mechanism for removing in secondary tracking passes the measurement already used by previously (i.e. preceding tracking passes) reconstructed tracks. The strategy relies on having an std::unordered_set that stored the cluster identifier. This is done after ambiguity resolution and is then later used by the following data preparation stage.
