LeptonTaggers: adding inference for PLIT lepton isolation tagger

This MR adds the DecoratePLIT algorithm to the LeptonTaggers package. It decorates electrons and muons with scores for prompt and non-prompt leptons using the same transformer model which underlies the GN2 flavour tagging algorithm.

The MUON5 derivation is updated to run the DecoratePLIT algorithm and output the scores.

To do before merge:

  • move the networks to cvmfs
  • modify path to cvmfs
