AFP monitoring + dqm alg ToF-SiT correlation update

AFP monitoring: additional ToF-SiT correlation histograms for each plane of SiT + for all together. AFP dqm algorithm: update of ToF-SiT check algorithm. New ranges for 2024 data, adding to algorithm possibility to check correlations if some ToF bars are off.
