DigitizationTestsMT: dropped beam spot splitting in the mc21a test

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:main-digi-test into main

This was done to ensure output consistency between MP and serial jobs. Discussed in ATLASSIM-7096. Two other failing ART tests (mc23) with the same problem will be first fixed in the 24.0 branch.
