Beginning the process of documenting simulation classes

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:SimulationDocumentationPart1_main into main

This initial merge request adds some comments to the ATLAS implementations of the G4VUserEventInformation, G4VUserPrimaryParticleInformation and G4VUserTrackInformation classes.
It also adds a few comments for things to look into later.

In follow-up merge requests the methods and variable names of these classes will be updated to make them more consistent and make it easier to understand how they are used.
