MuonR4 - Fix MM digitization in the stereo layers

  • Additional variables in the micromega geomodel tester
  • Fix orientation of the stereo layer box
  • Add algorithm to validate the surrounding boxes of each readout element (@damperia this will become important if you implement the MMs)
  • Share the stripLayers across multiple MM readoutelements if possible
