Drop EgammaCovariance Calculation since suppressed in_AOD

This variable was introduced quite a few years ago 8-10. Since we suppress in AOD prb we could just drop its calculation completely. Basically one can prb do it better later on (Derivation , analysis what not) from cluster info (including smearing) and tracking covariance and I assume if people do this they do it this way since "removed" in AOD these days.

I would expect 0 difference in AOD (as used to be suppressed) but we might need to update ESD references so @jchapman , @jcatmore , @jdandoy
