Permit column vector in similarityT

This mr allows AmgMatrix::similarityT to take a vector, which is useful for chi2 calculations in GsfMeasurementUpdator. This is a bit of a perversion of the original method as it is no longer really a similarity transformation but it doesn't seem to interfere with anything else at a functional level.
