Attempt to avoid code duplication in the SFGen_i

Lorenzo Primomo requested to merge lprimomo/athena:My_SFGen_no_duplicate into main

In order to solve the JIRA task AGENE-2276 I deleted the duplicate file LheConverter.py inside SFGen_i/python and checked that the SFGen infrastructure does not show any deviation from the usual behavior.
