Remove BTaggingSecVtx related plots from TIDA [ATR-29483]

HLT_AntiKt4EMPFlowJets_subresjesgscIS_ftf_BTaggingSecVtx has been removed from the AOD. Remove dependency on it from TIDA framework.

This fixes ATR-29483
