TrigGlobalEfficiencyCorrectionTool: remove map entries with default SF

Follow up of !71557 (merged): it was decided there after discussion to not automatically suggest using default SFs for a few of the Run 3 triggers for which SFs are yet to appear. But it looks like I did not push the commit properly... so fixing this now; also adding an extra warning that was also part of that commit.
