ART test for validating ACTS Ambiguity Resolution and compare performance vs Athena Ambi.

This would simplify the Athena-Acts comparison. This new test (on tt-bar PU 200) schedules two reconstruction jobs that run Athena reconstruction up to track finding and then deploy the Athena or the Acts ambiguity resolution (Acts uses the Greedy one for now but can easily be modified to use other strategies).

From what I see the efficiencies are now good also for the ACTS ambiguity resolution (thanks @astefl) but the hit contents are quite different (there may be effects coming from bugs in the EDM track converters)
