Helper function in TauAnalysisTools to combine TauJets_MuonRM with TauJets

Hi All,

This merge request introduces a new helper function to centralise the combination of standard TauJets with TauJets_MuonRM. This feature is useful for study in highly boosted topology in merged ditau muhad channels.

Beware that the MET calculations and the handling of overlap removal can be different from the standard prescription.

An example use of this was provided in TauAnalysisToolsExampleAthena.

A dedicated CP algorithm was provided to output the result in a ConstDataVector
