Fix MET trigger name in MissingETMonitoring

Lee Sawyer requested to merge sawyer/athena:Sawyer_FixMETTrigName into 24.0

MissingETMonitoring algorithm used a legacy trigger which is now deprecated. Changed monitoring trigger to L1_jXE100. Also changed corresponding folder names in the web display configuration. Note: comparisons of these histograms to reference will not be available until the reference is updated to a run taken with these changes.
