TrigAnalysisTest: force MC23e conditions in CI test

Hello,

This MR is adding a conditions override to force MC23e conditions in the MC test used in the CI, which currently runs over a MC23c ttbar RDO input. It is needed for several MRs that aim to drop conditions overrides, e.g. !70941 (merged) .
